Will extracting the ariel from my SKY Digibox and reconnecting it to a spare TV affect my Sky connection?

Will taking out the ariel from my SKY Digibox and reconnecting it to a spare TV (my main TV has just broken) affect my SKY connection? I mean, when my main TV is fixed and I reconnect the ariel, will my SKY program guide still be there, so that I don't have to fiddle around retuning it?
