Drama Directing - Where to start?

See, I'm a 13 year old, and I already know what I want to do. I'm academically smart, but I don't show much interest in it. I love watching dramas, and I tend to think how I can change it, and add in more scenes to attract the attention of the viewers, and I also tend to take out some characters that I want to add on and think one whole big drama for them, like how I wrote a 80 page long script/story on Yoon Ji Hoo of Boys Over Flowers as I was very sad about how he was heartbroken twice. I want to start, but I don't know where. My school doesn't offer any courses, and I can't wait anymore, can someone tell me what to do? It would be preferable if you were in Singapore, as I would like someone to tell me where to go. Thanks in advance.
