Christians: How can the earth be only 6,000 years old, if radioactive dating PROVES otherwise?

We don't even need radiocarbon dating. Dendrochronology is sufficient to show them that the Earth is older than 6,000 years, and all you need to see that evidence is the ability to count, but they still ignore it. If that won't convince them, then they are beyond reaching.
