Please give me idea on how to garnish these dishes... ?

this coming sunday is our essment in my commercial cooking crash course... im so nervous bec they said that my essor is very strict. please suggest me how to garnish these dishes... beef steak, ered vegetable (cubed, carrots, corn kernels and chopped green beans), carrot cake (w/o frosting) , chicken fillet... please give me suggestion or give me website that gives garnish ideas.. thanks alot...
