Real serious problem?

Ya i been feeling no need to eat these past 2 days and i spit blood sometiemes from my mouth, they keep saying its my gums since my gums and teeth are horrible. Ive been the to hospital twice for that and a real bad headache trhat started yesterday at 1am. I also suffer from anxiety REALLY bad and i cant stop thinkin. Every now n then i taste blood and theres a bit blood whenever i spit out. Doctors checked me n said nothing is wrong with my chest nor lungs. What cud it be ? i cant stop tihnking about it and dont wanna eat either . The doctor gave me an inhaler he umed it was bronchitis but i have never coughed or vomited. And i can feel like some kind of mucus in my throat or this weird feeling like theres somethging there. Should i be concerned? thanks in advance
