Dinner party @ Trio on the Bay in Miami?

I am turning 17 and wanted a dinner party with my friends and family. So far, my guest list is pretty huge but it is expected to decrease. Right now, it's about 20. And I wanted to to if have it at Trio On The Bay in Miami would be okay. Is it good for teens.??how is the menu?? What type of attire is required.??
