Where can i buy swords 440 steel i live in puerto rico, but websites are good?

im a collector, but the shop i usually go to got closed down, where can i get quality swords, cheap, and where can i get them sharpened? web sites would be nice, i live in puerto rico, so if you know of a place please tell me
