Is color blindness learned?

No colorblindness is genetic. In fact it exists in the x chromosome which is why males have more colorblindness. If you blind folded a child for a long time it is likely his eyes will become extremely sensitive to light and you may blind him forever, unless his eyes can somehow recover, but it wont cause colorblindess
