If conservative / Republicans take congress again will they be making budget cuts to the Military?

I hope so. Big cuts should include pulling troops out of Japan, Germany and S. Korea. I'd also wind things down in Afghanistan. I would not cut veterans benefits at all, unless the cuts are simply a result of improved efficiency. The cuts I propose would save around $200 Billion annually.
