Do you think i have cancer?

I am 52 years of age,so I know I am going through menopause.I have compulsive obstructive Pulmanary disease,and I have to take antibiotics sometimes.I keep having what I think to be a yeast infection.I have been using monistat 7 off &on for a few weeks now,and sometimes when I remove the applicatortor that you put the cream in to insert into your body,when I pull it out it has blood on it.I have not had periods in about 2 years.I am scared I have cancer and cannot afford to go to the doctor.what do you think?I am disable with no insurance.My medicare has not kicked in yet
