♥ Regarding, Ken Burns', "The War"...... I want to know how this series affected you.....??

I was born in 1939. I watched one segment of the show and thought it spent too much time on racial matters concerning the internment of the Japanese and the position of African-Americans in the U.S. military. I didn't watch the rest of the series.
