Recycler bin nd system vol info folders r showing in my other drives.....whats d reason?

as i try to delete recycler bin.....it comes back again.....is it bec of virus?....also thumbs.db file is in most of folders.....its happening after installing kaspersky anti virus......earlier i was using avast..how to remove those files...?
