Pain under right ?

I've been having this sharp pain under my right for the past 3 days. I was sick about 4 weeks ago and had bronchitis about 2 weeks ago and finally went away about 5 days ago. Could this be the aftermath of it? It's a stabbing pain that won't go away and it's very painful whenever I cough or even move.
