Moving to dominican republic?

i agree with the person that said Costambar in Puerto plata... there are cheap apartments there if you wanna have a nice, economical stay here... just make sure the apt has an inverter so when the power goes out you will have power... and some condos in costambar have WIFI now.. i know Villas Marlena does because my family owns an apartment there.... good luck!
