Im a Girl who needs to lose weight now before i get heart attack,blood pressure, ect HELP!!!!!?

hmm, seems like your not THAT overweight. I'm 5'6, and 13 and 130 pounds, and one of my friends is 5'5, 13 and 150 pounds, and shes just fine. Not over weight or anything. But if you want some tips, try just daily exercises (running, dvd workouts, lifting, etc, etc) 30 to 1 hour each. Try NOT eating sugary treats, and eat lots of salad, bread, and drink ALOT of water.
