How do I get my daughter to go to sleep!!??

Ok, My daughter is 19 months and she sleeps in her own room. I can not get her to go to sleep. I put her in her crib and right away she will start to scream. I tell her nite nite and I sing her a song and when I start singing she lays down, then when I am done I say love you good night and I leave the room. As soon as I leave she gets up and starts to scream and she throws everything out of her crib, she will throw her sippy cup then her pacifier, then pillow and blankets untill everything is out. I've tried just letting her cry but she cries forever and sometimes she'll even throw up from crying. I've tried a night light and also I put a noise maker in her room. Nothing is working I have no idea what I am doing (My first Kid) PLEASE HELP!!!! If you need anymore specifics let me know and I'll post them up
