Does this opening paragraph pulls you in?

i'm going to absolutely possitively honest with you - uming that it's what you want - the very last sentence is the only thing that interests me. the fact that 'no one alive' can avoid 'Cesca' and Nick's (by the way i LOVE that name, Nickolas!) 'abnormal surprises'. it pulls me in as much as a normal random book of the shelf might - that should be good cause that means you write normally! :)
